We diligently practice skills transfer, sharing our knowledge and skills with your key people to ensure improvement processes are self-sustaining for the organization. This involves training and authorization on the use of our measurement tools, as well as training and materials required to sustain a high performance and high quality work environment. We are dedicated to sharing, coaching and mentoring to transfer our knowledge and experience to your teams.
Adaptability and Competitive Rates
Our services are available for a few hours, a few days or a few months. While other companies profess to provide “flexible term” services, this method of working is intrinsic to our successful business model and our methodologies. We offer immediate engagement with little start-up time required, and due to our corporate structure, our rates are competitive with smaller organizations and one-person firms, and generally lower than major consulting firms.

Our Grey Fox Work Culture and Leadership Assessment Centre www.hphqworkplace.com, provides the tools we need to assist companies with the assessment and improvement of leadership competencies, work culture and employee job satisfaction. Participants are engaged in Leadership and Work Culture assessment surveys provided through our website, and the results of these assessment surveys are used to guide leadership and workplace improvements.
