Visioning and Goal Alignment

We use a process of visioning and goal alignment that builds on the vision of the organization and incorporates specific objectives to build a culture clearly established to achieve a high performance and high quality work environment. The basis of this process is accountability and measurement.

Leadership Development

We work with your leaders, building from a core set of leadership objectives and incorporating a 360° assessment of current leadership competencies. This development process is focused on creating and encouraging leadership behavior that will result in a high performance and high quality work environment. Again, this process is built on accountability and measurement, typically including training and coaching.

Work Team Development

We work with your teams, building from a core set of conditions necessary for teams to function at the highest level. This team development process incorporates assessment of current conditions and the identification of areas for improvement. Work team development is built on accountability, measurement and the implementation of specific behaviors necessary for high performance, and typically includes both training and coaching.

Human Resource Development

We work with your Human Resource team to provide your organization with specific services on career and succession planning, cultural diversity, organizational wellness and employee retention. These services may include consulting, training and/or coaching.

Project Management

Grey Fox Principals have extensive experience in all phases of projects from initiation, planning, delivery and structured monitoring, to closure.
