Our Company

History

Grey Fox is a private corporation owned in partnership by a group of senior business professionals providing strategic and organizational development, leadership coaching and guidance, and business management expertise. Services to our business clients are provided on an adaptable-term contract basis.

In September 2001, Dave Lathrop, President of Grey Fox, invited several experienced leaders to meet and talk about this concept and test its viability. The first meeting was held October 2, 2001.

Subsequent meetings progressed toward forming a company with an original ownership group of six. Grey Fox Associates Inc. was incorporated on November 1, 2001 in the Province of Alberta, Canada.

Marketing started in earnest in late January of 2002 with many prospects emerging. Feedback on our strategy and the services we offered was very positive. Grey Fox entered into its first contract in February, 2002. The first year proved to be successful with eight contracts, and we’ve experienced steady growth since 2002.

In September 2002, Grey Fox established a presence at the Alastair Ross Technology Centre situated in the University Research Park in northwest Calgary.
