Lorne has an industry reputation for integrity and excellence working with people to create an atmosphere of trust, safety and respect that leads to optimized results. He has completed a doctoral degree from the University of Calgary specializing in “Leadership and Work Life Experiences”, and has over 25 years experience in human resources, training and facilitating workplace improvement with a focus on leadership and creating high performance and high quality work environments.  He designed and established a distinctive organizational development system that increases workplace performance, commitment and effectiveness, while promoting employee retention and productivity using a set of concrete change strategies. Lorne has experience in working with organizations in the oil and gas industry, the not for profit sector, and in post-secondary education.
