Bob is a qualified and respected Professional Engineer, Manager and Leader. He has over thirty-five years experience in Information and Communications Technology, Pipeline Operations, Software Development, Manufacturing and Engineering Management. He is recognized as an excellent "people-person" with strengths in leadership, coaching, team building, problem solving and continuous improvement; and possesses superior written, presentation and organizational skills. His past roles have included management of the Telecommunications Department for a major oil and gas company, product and project management in software development, small business management, and management consulting. He has held a number of "builder/innovator" roles, professionally and as a volunteer, the most memorable and rewarding being his role as Volunteer Chairman, Telecommunications for the XVth Olympic Winter Games in Calgary, 1988.
