Dave Lathrop is an experienced high-energy senior business leader with a record of success in major project implementation and change management. Dave has held management positions in a wide range of both public and private sector corporate environments. Dave’s comprehensive background includes strategy development, performance improvement, human resource practices, project management, and systems auditing. His industry experience includes oil & gas, pipeline, electrical utility, telecommunications, retail marketing, construction and manufacturing. His sound background, honed over an extensive career in business, provides the solid base necessary to provide the service he truly enjoys: coaching and mentoring leaders in grappling with the complex challenges they face, and helping them to be better at what they do.
